Tuppenny Barn has received a Harbour Conservancy Sustainable Development Grant towards the Education Centre

the grant will go towards phase one of the build that will commence in March

• phase one: digging the foundations, infil of car tyres & earth, pipework for ground source heat pump
• phase two: main construction consisting of a timber frame with straw bale infil, wooden shingle roof, grey water recycling system, living wall, installation of ground source heat pump
